What is Identity Theft?    Simply, it occurs when your personal information is stolen and used without your knowledge to commit fraud or other crimes.

How does identity theft occur?    It can happen anywhere. Your personal information can be obtained from your doctor’s office, where you shop, over the Internet, where you work, schools, phone solicitors and even your mailbox.

How vulnerable am I to identity theft?    As part of our program, we provide a Protection Test and Protection Plan for our members.

What services are included for my spouse and dependents in the Family Plan?     By choosing the family plan, your spouse and dependants receive full education and recovery services, as well as reimbursement for expenses and lost wages (up to $20,000).

What happens after I enroll?    Once your order is processed you will receive a welcome letter, master policy summary, and description of benefits to your email account provided upon enrollment. If you do not have access to email you will receive your confirmation package within 5-7 business days via the United States Postal Service.

What will my welcome letter contain?

    You will receive:
  • A user ID and Password to log on to the member Web site
  • Complete description of benefit and master policy summary
  • Terms and conditions
