Accountant (Account Executive) - Captive Branch - Hawaii |
(Full-Time)
AIG Insurance Management Services is seeking an accountant to manage a portfolio of captive insurance
clients. Responsibilities include preparation of financial statements, Hawaii regulatory compliance
and coordination with other service providers.
Requirements:
- Accounting degree required
- Previous experience with insurance accounting a plus
- CPA preferred

Customer Service Consultants - Policy Servicing Call Center - Oahu |
(Full-Time)
This position is responsible for servicing personal lines insurance throughout all hours of the
Call Center operation. This includes, but is not limited to, selling personal lines insurance
and providing excellent customer service to existing customers in a fast-paced work environment. This
position works with a high degree of professionalism and integrity to identify customer needs
and resolve customer concerns by phone and in person.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
- Must have a high school diploma
- Possession of a Property and Casualty License preferred; or must be obtained within 45 days of hire
- Must have excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Must be available to work from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Sunday
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to articulate details of insurance products to customers
- Excellent business writing skills
- Ability to learn new computer systems, products, and services
- Ability to use judgment and discretion to problem solve
- Ability to support the team in achieving the customer service goals

Database Administrator |
(Full-Time @ Restaurant Row)
Administers and controls organization data resources. Uses standard practices to ensure
data availability, integrity and security, recover corrupted data and eliminate data
redundancy, and leverages database tools to improve database performance and efficiency.
Responsible for database designs including creating the application schema, building
object and relational tables, populating the database, and controlling database problems
to improve existing computer systems. Create and maintain table spaces, data files,
indices, partitions and other storage considerations. Maintain data integrity and
consistency involving Oracle and other databases. Work with middleware and network
operating system administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or comparable work experience
- 2-3 years minimum related education and/or work experience
- Advanced knowledge of administering and controlling database resources
- Basic system administration knowledge
- Able to communicate effectively in English and present information orally and in writing
- Able to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Advanced knowledge of data recovery and disaster planning

Network Administrator |
(Full-Time @ Restaurant Row)
Assists in the planning, forecasting, implementation, and identification of resource
requirements for network systems of moderate complexity. Participates in network planning,
network architecture design and engineering. Integrates and schematically depicts
communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, transmission and signaling
links and protocols into complete network configurations. Evaluates new products, performs
network problem resolution and assists in the development and documentation of technical
standards and interface applications. Monitors protocol compatibility, performs system
tuning, and makes recommendations for improvements. In addition to these duties, this person
will supervise the activities of technicians assigned to him/her.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or comparable work experience
- 2-3 years related education and/or work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products
- Must have a current driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Able to communicate effectively in English and present information orally and in writing
- Able to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

Sales Associate |
(Full-Time @ Restaurant Row)
This position is responsible for increasing profitability and growth of
the personal line by soliciting and selling AIGH Personal Auto in
adherence to company standards and objectives. If required, provide
additional support to customer service and walk-in areas in order to
meet customer’s needs.
Requirements:
- Must have 1-2 years sales and customer related work experience; 6 months to 1 year personal lines experience preferred
- Must type 25 words per minute
- Must obtain a Solicitors Property and Casualty License within 45 days
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and 1-STOP system
- Must have strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Must have the ability to persuade and influence others
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be available to work from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Sunday

Software Engineer |
(Full-Time @ Restaurant Row)
This position works closely with other development team members and customers to develop
software using Java/J2EE and relational database programming.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years related education and/or work experience
- Knowledge of and experience in the following:
- J2EE application architecture, design patterns and programming
- Relational Database theory and programming
- Object-oriented analysis and design
- Software development process
- Industry standard development and modeling tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers and other project stakeholders are also required
- Experience with IBM WebSphere and Oracle is a plus

Systems Administrator |
(Full-Time @ Restaurant Row)
This position is responsible for ensuring the control, integrity and accessibility of specialized application servers.
Responsible for change management procedures regarding the installation and testing of all
server upgrades and enhancements. Responsible for proper initial installation as well as
subsequent installations of updates/patches; system documentation; proactive, regular checks
of system components for errors and application of necessary corrective action; setup and
maintenance of application servers. Knowledgeable in all levels of server security and the
associated requirements for their application. Provides technical support to in-house users;
troubleshoots problems and takes corrective action on a timely, effective basis.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, 2 year technical college, technical training course equivalent or equivalent certification required
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with 70% of the current production applications
- Advanced knowledge of supported network, computer hardware, applications, and operation procedures
- Able to independently implement projects and various initiatives
- Technical proficiency and knowledge about designing, developing, and administering internal and external firewalls
- Technical proficiency and knowledge of all supported application architectures and all levels of Internet security and
the associated requirements for supported applications
- Proficient knowledge of security practices, application roll-out, and patch management
