Repair Shops

The AIG Hawaii Family of Companies has a network of Preferred Body and Glass Shops to provide repair services to our customers. These facilities meet our high quality of service and repair standards and we guarantee the workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. Your claim representative works with the Preferred Body and Glass Shops that you choose to ensure that your vehicle is repaired professionally and your concerns are addressed promptly.

Preferred Body and Glass Shops are conveniently located on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island . You should be able to locate a Preferred Body and Glass Shop close to where you work or live.

Many of the Preferred Body Shops are designated as Direct Repair Providers (DRP) or Direct Appraisal Preferred Shops (D/P).

Direct Repair Providers can begin repairs up to $5,000 immediately upon coverage confirmation from your claim representative.

Direct Appraisal Preferred Shops will complete an Appraisal for referred customers and secure approval by one of our Staff Appraisers.

Preferred Body Shops will work directly with an AIG Hawaii Staff Appraiser to complete the repair estimate.

In all cases, the high level of service includes giving you a projected completion date and notifying you in advance if repairs will be delayed because of unforeseen circumstances.
